Mr. Ventura's expertise lies in the areas of taxation and business planning. He was a member of Arthur Anderson & Company for four years and holds a masters in taxation degree. He has assisted clients in the San Diego area with tax planning, estate planning, representation before local, federal and state taxing agencies and general business consulting. He is an avid car enthusiast and collector.

Mr. Kuehn's areas of practice include taxation, business planning, financial reporting and analysis and operations analysis. He holds a Masters of Science-Taxation degree. He began his career with McGladrey & Pullen. He has held financial management positions with several public companies including Hybritech, CCT Corp. and Wavetek Corporation. He is active in local non-profits, is a past president of the San Diego Nice Guys, treasurer of Operation Game On, and member of the board of directors of Prostate Cancer Research and Education Foundation.
